Our Performance Training Philosophy

Whether you’re preparing for HYROX, wanting to improve your pickleball game, or simply staying active for everyday life, programming is built to support your goals.

Upstairs Performance Training Areas host group classes including HIIT, bootcamps, step, yoga, barre, Pilates, and strength training. These spaces also support sport-specific conditioning for tennis, golf, pickleball, racquet sports, and endurance events.

Personal Training

Our core movement modalities:

Yoga, Pilates, and Barre are foundational to the programming approach:

  • Pickleball: Fast-paced, social, and accessible for all skill levels, pickleball combines friendly competition with a dynamic full-body workout.
  • Barre: This low-impact, full-body workout focuses on cardiovascular health and quality mental stimulation.
  • Yoga: A breath-led movement intended to improve flexibility while reducing stress and restoring balance.
  • Hot Yoga: An enhanced heated practice that deepens flexibility with concentrated strength training and promoting focus through continued breathwork.
  • Pilates: Core-focused strength and alignment training for stability and injury support, featuring four Total Gym Pilates Reformers.
  • HYROX: A performance-based fitness experience that combines functional strength training, endurance, and athletic conditioning to build real-world fitness and prepare for worldwide competitions.

All classes are adaptable for every fitness level, including beginners and those in recovery. Encompass Pilates Reformer

The Arena Club features the Encompass Pilates Reformer Program. This is a modern system powered by 22 resistance levels with no springs.This allows for smooth, controlled resistance training that builds strength, improves flexibility, enhances posture, and supports rehabilitation. It also promotes core stability, joint mobility, and mental focus. Private and group sessions are available.
